Common FTP Settings which Apply for All Users:
Please check your connection settings with the information provided below, some FTP clients use default settings which are not compatible with our FTP server.

Customers can use Passive Mode to connect, we recommend connecting without this setting. If you encounter problems try turning it on. Performance difference has been identified when the setting it switched on. |
