Christmas Holiday Out of Office Dates

Out of Office Period

Raines Internet Solutions will be closed for general business trading during the christmas break. The office will be officially closed between 24th of December 2010 through to the 9th of January 2011. We will be back to normal office hours on the 10th of January 2011.

Technical Support for Holiday Period

During the christmas break Raines Internet Solutions will provide limited technical support to those customers who need assistance with internet services or other online services via our electronic service gateway.
How to get Technical Support:
  • Customers must log a support job via the Service Desk and we will endevor to respond as soon as possible to your request.
  • Access the Service Desk using this address:
  • For all other work orders please submit them via the Service Desk in the appropriate sections, all on-site requests will be attended to after the 10th of January 2011.
  • Telephone Support will not be available during the holiday break. If you need to speak with someone over the phone please make sure you submit a work order via the service gateway first and request that you receive a call back.
