The Content Management System which we offer starts as a flexible Framework which we use as a base package. It can be customised exactly to the customer's requirements. The Framework is completely module driven with many intergration options available.
 
All content management implementations start at a base-price which include a basic set of modules and functions which would suit most clients. These basic features include:
  • Powerful Content Editing Capabilities. You get an easy-to-use, fast-loading WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor for quick updates to your content, and the more advanced WYSIWYG Editor for advanced editing of your content.
  • User-friendly URLs. Content stored in the database can be accessed through friendly URLs. Use custom or auto generated URLs. This improves search engine visibility. 
  • Workflow Management Tools. If you have a small team or an office assistant who makes changes to your web site the Content Approval and Publishing tools provided basic Workflow management to streamline your content management processes.
  • Custom Listing Module. Creating custom data lists or sections of your site that have articles is made easy with the Customisable Listing module, whether you want a Blog, News Section, Photo Gallery, Downloads Section or even a Knowledge Base; this module will work to achieve this.
  • Discussion Forum Module. The base-package comes with a simple yet effective Message Board module that lets you setup a fully functional forum in your web site. This is an excellent solution because it intergrates with your existing site layout and template.
  • Template Driven. Generally the core web site templates are created during the implementation and setup of the web site, but the template system lets users customise all the modules and specifically the Custom Listing Module. This enables you to create completely unique layouts for your content. The system comes pre-loaded with many template options and can be used as examples for creating variations.
  • No Limitations. There are virtually no limitations with the amount of pages or content you can create, a pre-defined limit of 5-pages deep in navigation exists out of the box. This can be extended as deep as you require.
  • Forms Builder. Create electronic forms online to collect information from users with an easy to use form builder module.
  • RSS Syndication. All content listings are RSS enabled.
  • Extended SEO Module. Edit the META details behind each page on the system to better the chances a search engine will correctly index the content.
Additional Services for Content Management Solutions
  • Professional On-Site Training. On-site Staff Training can be provided which is additional to the online documentation provided, training fee's are based on a single instructor at $120 per Hour ext. GST.
  • Remote Phone Support^ and Access to Raines ServiceDesk for Support. We can provide remote support and over the phone support. In most cases a support call will be logged in our ServiceDesk system as a job which will be tracked and completed as soon as possible. Remote Support work will incur a service fee if a technical representive is required to make alterations to a clients system. Remote Technical Support is charged at $160 per 15min Blocks ext. GST. Most support calls are solved with-in 15min's of a technical representitive logging in to a customers system. Any issues deemed to be the fault of Raines Internet Solutions will be resolved without charge.
  • Raines Web Hosting Services. Raines Internet Solutions will provided web hosting for all customers who implement a Content Management Solution, this is the Managed Option which will enable customers to have a hassel free system. We offer Dedicated installations for larger deployments, but customers should be aware that a Site License fee is charged for each deployment hosted in-house on a customers own equipment which is additional to all other implementation charges. Our support fee's will vary for dedicated content management systems and limited support will be available to systems customised by in-house developers.
  • Domain Name Registration Services. Raines Internet Solutions also provides clients with Domain Name registration services with competitive prices. Clients can bring their existing domain using our Transfer service or leave it with the existing registar. Please see our Domain Prices Schedule for more information.
  • Managed Content Services. We provide content management services to assist in complexed content arrangement and extended design requirements, as well as basic content updates. Managed Content Services are billed under the same model as Remote Technical support and customers can submit Content Management requests using our ServiceDesk system.
